Does Utah accept out-of-state medical cards?
Partly. Visitors with a valid medical card from their home state for an Utah-listed condition can get a non-resident card valid for 21 days, up to twice per calendar year.
Traveling from Utah
Your Utah card is issued under Utah law, so other states decide for themselves whether to honor it. Never carry cannabis across state lines — that's a federal offense, including on flights.
