Does Pennsylvania accept out-of-state medical cards?
No. Registration requires a valid Pennsylvania driver's license or state ID, and the program does not provide for out-of-state patients.
Traveling from Pennsylvania
Your Pennsylvania card is issued under Pennsylvania law, so other states decide for themselves whether to honor it. Never carry cannabis across state lines — that's a federal offense, including on flights.
