No. OMMP registration requires Oregon residency and the state does not recognize out-of-state medical cards.
Traveling from Oregon
Your Oregon card is issued under Oregon law, so other states decide for themselves whether to honor it. Never carry cannabis across state lines — that's a federal offense, including on flights.
