Does North Dakota accept out-of-state medical cards?

North Dakota does not honor other states' cards directly. Nonresidents must apply for a North Dakota nonresident card, which lasts 60 days and requires a valid home-state medical card and ID from the same state.

Traveling from North Dakota

Your North Dakota card is issued under North Dakota law, so other states decide for themselves whether to honor it. Never carry cannabis across state lines — that's a federal offense, including on flights.
