Using your card · Nevada

Does Nevada accept out-of-state medical cards?

Partly. The Cannabis Compliance Board says out-of-state medical patients may buy with their card and matching ID, and each dispensary decides which states it accepts. The registry says Nevada has no formal reciprocity agreements.

Traveling from Nevada

Your Nevada card is issued under Nevada law, so other states decide for themselves whether to honor it. Never carry cannabis across state lines — that's a federal offense, including on flights.
