Using your card · Mississippi

Does Mississippi accept out-of-state medical cards?

Partial. Non-residents with an active card in their home state can apply for a Mississippi non-resident card up to 30 days before arriving. The card is valid for 15 days and has lower limits.

Traveling from Mississippi

Your Mississippi card is issued under Mississippi law, so other states decide for themselves whether to honor it. Never carry cannabis across state lines — that's a federal offense, including on flights.
