Delaware qualifying conditions: the full official list

The Delaware Medical Marijuana Program doesn't use a fixed list.

Yes. Since HB285, any diagnosed condition qualifies if the provider believes the patient would get therapeutic or palliative benefit.

What to do next

  1. Meet with a Delaware-licensed MD, DO, APRN or PA about medical marijuana (patients 65+ may self-certify instead).
  2. If your provider is registered online and you saw them within 90 days, apply online; otherwise print the paper application for your provider to sign.
  3. Complete the patient application (or pediatric application) in full, and have any caregiver complete their own application.
  4. Upload or enclose a copy of your Delaware driver's license or state ID.
  5. Choose a 1-, 2- or 3-year card and pay the $50, $75 or $100 nonrefundable fee.
  6. Paper applications go by mail to the OMC Medical Marijuana Program in Dover.
