7 things to know about Arkansas's medical marijuana program
Arkansas voters approved medical marijuana through a 2016 constitutional amendment. The Arkansas Department of Health runs the patient registry and issues cards. A licensed physician completes the state written certification form for an Arkansas resident with one of 18 listed conditions.
